This is a complex made up of 56 exclusive homes that has made the slope on which it sits its main added value: a game of topographical adaptation of the homes that generates a composition of white volumes in search of landscape integration, which together with a layout of open spaces with landscaping of native species, give the complex a balance between modernity and landscape.
The project is thus developed on a plot with a steep slope, on which the terraced dwellings are distributed with views of the sea. In fact, the development is located in one of the most privileged enclaves on the Costa Blanca, close to the Paraíso beach and the cove from which the development takes its name.
"The main focus of the complex is sustainability, with homes featuring energy-efficient air-conditioning and ventilation systems" explain sources from the developer. "It has outdoor pergolas that filter direct sunlight in summer and turn the outdoor terraces into the most significant space in the complex".
The residential complex is complemented by a programme of communal areas surrounding the homes. In this way, the outdoor space is configured with landscaped areas, communal solarium terraces and outdoor swimming pools that merge with the Mediterranean Sea in the background. Inside, the communal areas are completed with a heated swimming pool, a large gymnasium and a social lounge.
